Joe serves as president of the Capital Cichlid Association (CCA). He is past Vice President of the Potomac Valley Aquarium Society, and a representative of the Discus Study Group. In July 2001, Joe was a guest speaker at the annual convention of the American Cichlid Association in Parsippany, New Jersey. |
